We make our process inviting.
Our team will walk you through the Terra Home process which consists of five phases.
Phase One:
let's meet
During phase one, we get to know you by asking you a series of questions about your needs and your goals. We will explain the overall process to help you to achieve your goal.
Phase Two:
planning
We take your budget and align it with the conceptual design and features you want in your new space and apply it to the timelines of the project. An important decision will need to be made whether the project will be completed by traditional construction or pre-fab/modular construction methods. i.e: subject to feasibility study, permits and budget.
Phase Three: Execute
Once the financing has been secured and the location has been finalized, then the method of construction is selected.
Phase Four:
Build
The construction phase begins with engineering plans and building permits. Once approved, construction begins either at the factory or at the location.
Upon permit approval, the construction phase begins with site preparation, building a proper foundation and planning the utility connections.
Phase Five:
COMPLETE
Your home is either constructed or delivered on-site, installed on its foundation and connected to all utilities, while the landscaping and finishing touches are made. A final walk through and final inspection are scheduled. You are now ready to take advantage of your new space – time to celebrate and share!
